From Survival to True Health & Freedom
For most of my life, I searched for true health, freedom, and purpose—but the path wasn’t a straight line. My journey took me through years of struggle, deep transformation, and finally, the discovery of tools that truly shift lives.
My first five years in the UK were brutal but transformational. I went from a size 10 to a size 16, from confident and carefree to feeling lost, scared, and disconnected. My health declined, I numbed myself with alcohol, and I repeated the same toxic patterns I had learned growing up.
At 22, I had a cancer scare, my digestion was wrecked, and I was drowning in self-sabotage. But a small voice inside me—my intuition—told me I couldn’t live this way forever.
🔹 PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION: I started with fitness, detoxing, and discipline. But it wasn’t enough—because true health isn’t just physical.
🔹 MENTAL & EMOTIONAL AWAKENING: At 35, yoga cracked me open. I quit drinking, redefined my relationship with my body, and learned to value my own company, my own beliefs, and my boundaries.
🔹 FACING MY TRUE SHADOWS: At 43, I left my London life, thinking I had healed—only to realize I still had deep patterns holding me back. Through entrepreneurship, mindset work, and financial healing, I learned that success isn’t just about doing more—it’s about reprogramming your subconscious for alignment.
Then, I discovered Neuro somatic Attunement (NSA)—and everything changed.

What I Believe

💛 Water is life – We are 80% water, and the quality of water we drink and bathe in affects every cell in our body. I believe in Kangen water for hydration and Anespa shower systems to protect our skin—our biggest detox organ—from toxins in tap water. Clean water is non-negotiable for true health.
💛 Food is medicine – What we eat shapes our energy, health, and mindset. Fasting and detoxing are part of life—not a quick fix. Juicing is preventive care for the gut, and the gut is king when it comes to overall well-being.
💛 Movement is longevity – Cardio for heart health. Resistance training for longevity. Yoga for focus. Pilates for strength. Movement isn’t about aesthetics—it’s about staying young, energized, and in flow.
💛 Mental hygiene matters – Just like what we eat, what we read, what we listen to, and who we surround ourselves with shapes us. Mindfulness and self-awareness are the foundation of true transformation.
💛 Nature heals – The Earth and the Sun are our two power sources. We are designed to move, breathe, and connect with nature. When we align with natural rhythms, we heal effortlessly.
💛 Toxins are everywhere—but we can choose better – The world is filled with toxins in food, water, air, and even our thoughts. Removing toxins from our bodies, minds, and environments is key to long-term health. Plastic pollution destroys our planet, and sustainability isn’t just an option—it’s a responsibility.
💛 Dogs are healers – They are medicine for mental and physical health, teaching us about presence, love, and pure joy. Life is simply better with dogs.
💛 Freedom is the ultimate goal – True health includes financial freedom. I believe in creating passive income, so we can break free from the 9-to-5 grind, burnout, and financial stress. Money should work for you—not the other way around.
